However, understanding that in some cases the product you buy may not meet your expectations, our store has established a product return policy according to the following, Return of Non-Defective Products We offer the possibility of returning even non-defective products. 
Especially for the period of the first 15 calendar days after receipt, the customer can return the product if he is not satisfied. For the return of a non-defective product, the cost of return and reshipment is borne by the customer. 
A non-defective product can only be returned once. For the return of a non-defective product, the following product return conditions apply. At the time of the return request, 15 calendar days must not have passed from the date of receipt. 
The product must be in its original condition. In particular, the returned product must not have been used. 
Also any labels, manuals and other accessories that come with the product must be present. 
The product must be returned in its original packaging (the packaging must not be damaged). 
Our store has the right to refuse the return if it is found that the product has been used and/or is not returned in its original condition. 
If the corresponding product desired by the customer is not available, the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to the customer's account in our online store ZEON ONLINE STORE as a credit balance. 
The specific credit balance can be used in any new order the customer wishes.
 Return of Defective Products We take full responsibility for replacement in the event of a defective product. 
In this case, the return and reshipment costs are borne entirely by our ZEON ONLINE STORE. 
For the return of a defective product, the following product return conditions apply.

The defect in the product was not due to misuse by the customer. If there is no similar product available to replace the defective product, the purchase amount of the specific product is credited to the customer's ZEON ONLINE STORE account as a credit balance or the amount charged to the customer's credit card is returned. 
Any credit balance can be used towards any new order the customer wishes.
 In order for the return to be accepted in any case, the customer must inform us in writing by e-mail at eshop@zeon.com.gr stating in detail the reasons for the return, contact phone number and if he wishes to replace the product, credit his account or be refunded.
